I am active in lithium-ion batteries, data science, and entrepreneurship.
I am the Founder and Chair of Battery Associates. I completed my in Lithium-ion batteries at the University of Cambridge.
I did my Ph.D. with Prof. Clare Grey and Dr. Michael de Volder and have been funded and supported by the EPSRC Centre for Doctoral Training in Graphene Technology and German Academic Scholarship Foundation.
Previously, I was working with Dr. Kristin Persson, Prof. Gerbrand Ceder and Prof. Mark Asta on a qualitative search engine for solid-state materials synthesis for battery materials.
I grew up in Berlin and studied chemistry and physics at Maastricht University and Materials Science & Engineering at University of California, Berkeley. I am passioned about Energy Storage, Art and Entrepreneurship. I am the CUE Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2015.
I am a member of the Global Shapers Community (for which I participated in Davos 2018) and served as Fellow of the World Economic Forum (WEF) Global Future Council on Energy Technologies and Co-Curator for the WEF transformation maps on the Future of Energy and Batteries.
